Our stunning facility is available for your next special occasion.

Whether you’re planning a corporate event, the social event of the season or the wedding of a lifetime… an intimate gathering or a themed soiree, our new facility with its indoor and outdoor spaces will make your dreams come true.

  • Rental fee is $5,500 plus additional $250 cleaning fee.

  • Rental fee includes use of the facility, parking lot (75 cars) and Kosher kitchen (must have certificate of Kashrut).

  • The facility will be available from 10 am till 11 pm. (There are outside music restrictions after 10pm).

  • We do not provide any furniture.

  • Bar/Alcohol can be hosted by the client (not for sale); we do not add any charge.

  • Host must provide their own certificate of liability.

  • All vendors are welcome at our facility as long as they provide Certificate of Liability; The only two vendors that are exclusive are:

      – Valet Parking ($25 per hour per Attendant) and

      – Security ($35 per hour per Agent, one agent per 100 guests).
